Koman Decor offers a full range of design services, including residential, restoration, commercial, retail and community projects. Services include, but are not limited to:
Full Service Design:
Custom-designed homes, offices, and restaurants, from top to bottom. Kitchen and bath concepts, selection of paint, material, furniture, accessories and textiles. We’re happy to and comfortable working with builders on custom builds, or can come on board to help select materials for a semi-custom build. We’d love to help with a renovation, no matter the size.
Design Consultation:
Need help selecting the right paint? Can’t find the perfect artwork for the blank wall? Struggling to find the right furniture layout for your family room? Or just need a second set of eyes to get the design process started? We can help provide beautiful, new ideas for your space. The process starts with a in person visit or Skype meeting. We address the design dilemmas, needs and wants. Next, designer suggestions will be provided, per our discussion. I can attend meetings with contractors, material selection, furniture, accessory and hardware selection. A line list of items needed to execute the design will be provided.
Floor Plan Review:
Building a new home? I’ll review the floor plans to help you visualize furniture placement, wall space for artwork, and catch any possible overlooked red flags.
Interior & Event Styling: The big pieces are in place, but need help accessorizing, staging and placing the items to perfection.
E-Design: E-Design services are meant to serve people all around the world who wish to work with Koman Decor, but live outside of the Cleveland, OH area. Clients will receive custom designs to fit their needs and budget and will implement the design plan on their own. Send us a email and we will be happy to customize a package for you!
